We aim to clearly explain the nature of each digital product, its content, format, and delivery method before the purchase is completed. Please review the product page carefully before making payment.

Scope of the PolicyThis policy applies to non physical digital products offered in the store, such as books, guides, files, recorded programs, audio or visual content, tools, templates, and digital bundles.


Before Delivery

If the product is not delivered immediately and the process of fulfilling or providing access to it has not begun, you may contact us to request cancellation. The request will be handled according to its status and the applicable regulations.


After Delivery or Access

Due to the nature of digital products and the possibility of accessing, downloading, or benefiting from them, refund requests after delivery are reviewed according to the status of the order, the nature of the product, the extent of its use, and the rights and exceptions established by applicable regulations.

A simple change of mind or a difference between personal expectations and the advertised description does not automatically constitute a reason for a refund after benefiting from the product.


Cases We Handle

  • The product is not received after successful payment.
  • The transaction amount is actually charged more than once.
  • The amount is charged but the order is not recorded due to an issue with the store or payment gateway.
  • A product different from the purchased product is received.
  • A damaged or incomplete file prevents use of the product.
  • An issue with the access link or method occurs on our side.
  • A material difference exists between the product and its advertised description at the time of purchase.
  • The product cannot be delivered or made available due to an issue on our side.

How the Issue Is Handled

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may resend the product, correct the access link, provide a working copy, or provide an alternative means of access.

If the product cannot be delivered or an eligible issue on our side cannot be resolved, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the payment method and available regulatory procedures.


Delayed Delivery

The delivery time is stated on the product page. Applicable rights related to delayed order fulfillment or delivery apply, including those related to delays exceeding the prescribed regulatory period when applicable.


Offers and Bundles

Products purchased as part of a bundle or offer are subject to the same policy, taking into account products that have already been delivered or made available and the actual bundle discount when handling any affected part.


Requesting Assistance

For any issue with an order, contact us through the official communication method and provide the order number, the email address used for the purchase, the product name, a description of the issue, and any screenshot or screen recording that may help with verification when needed.

This policy does not limit any consumer right provided under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
